Turkey is one of the easiest ways to brighten your lunch or dinner without sacrificing your thirst for rich, plump food.
It stands out among other types of meat as it can be used in place of ground beef in almost all recipes. Many at home can try their own replacements based on their favorite bolognese, beef tacos and meatballs. It’s an easy switch, but it’s always great to have a simple recipe to achieve the most moist, flavorful and wonderful minced meat dishes. We are here to help!
Here’s a compilation of my favorite dishes with lean (and most often more affordable) meat with plenty of protein. Here are some recipes to keep you informed of the classic meal plans (hello, spaghetti, meatballs, taco nights!). However, the recipe collection would not be complete without some short tops.As you know, any dish that contains a combination of ingredients is “this is wonderful!! And “Why didn’t I think of it?”
I don’t want to give too much, but one of the juicy and flavorful meatloaf recipes and some other recipe tricks that make every home cook feel like a pro is the surprise of sage stuffing. Let’s say.
So stock up on minced turkey when it’s on sale at a grocery store, or get a few pounds from a butcher and store it in the freezer, ready to withdraw on a busy weekday night. We are talking about turkey.

If you’re all about a one-pot meal (and who isn’t?), This hits all the marks for a great and comfortable dinner. A more traditional shepherd’s pie with ground lamb or beef and mashed potatoes. It’s lighter, a little sweeter (includes butternut squash mash), and has all the rich and flavorful flavors of sage and gravy.
