After leaving the army at the age of 24, Tim spiraled into an unhealthy way of life. Talking only to Express.co.uk, he revealed how he changed his diet and exercise habits, but he still enjoys sweet treats and eats “more than ever.”
Tim joined the army at the age of 16 and lived a very difficult life.
Despite being always a “big guy,” his weight was never an issue until he left the army and developed a very sedentary habit.
He told Express.co.uk: Over the years, pounds have piled up due to drinking culture.
“Then we were trapped and drinking was just casual every night.”
His new job as a truck driver also put a strain on his health and waistline as he began to lead a very sedentary life.
His heaviest, weighing 127 kg (19.9 stones), he remained this size for 10 years until he noticed it hit him.

At the age of 36, with his 4-year-old daughter, Tim knew he had a lot to lose. Or he is playing in the garden and needs to be breathtaking. Something was clicked.
I thought,’Wow, I basically shortened my life by 10 years, and I know I’m getting bigger, so I’m going to continue.’ “
Tim has never been interested in nutrition, and while in the army, they said, “Whatever you can fit in your mouth-they are’houses of ridicule’for that reason. I call it. “
But when he realized the effect of weight on lifespan, he spent several months learning about food and devoting himself to reducing alcohol.
At that time, Tim came across Skinny Foods. It offers low-calorie foods that replace “foods we all love and love to enjoy,” according to its website.
After trying some Skinny Foods sauces, Tim got hooked on the product and “buy half of his inventory.”
Do not miss it
Finding a low-calorie alternative to staple foods such as mayonnaise meant that Tim could enjoy an innocent meal time.
“I basically added it to my routine. I had breakfast, lunch and supper, but I was able to add sauces to my daily diet to reduce calories a bit.
“What I love is that every day feels like a cheat day.”
With just one small change, Tim dropped an impressive 35kg (5.5 stones) in a year from a 42-inch waist to 32 inches.
During the weight loss journey, Tim bought the “goal suit” he wore on his girlfriend’s birthday. When he wore it, he felt “amazing”.
He states: “I can lose a little more and I know I can, but now I’m happy to be active and I can actually tie my shoelaces without running out of breath.”
When it comes to exercising, Tim tries to attend three 30-minute cross-training sessions a week so that he can take care of his mind.
“But my exercise is mostly just walking. If I need to go a few miles away, I walk. Or if I go to town with my girlfriend, I walk. Being more aggressive, I chose to walk instead of driving as much as possible. “
His advice to slim companions is to choose what they enjoy.
“My theory is that you have to eat what you want to keep for the rest of your life. If you go on a diet, you’ll get tired of it. This is where Skinny Food Co comes in, because that’s a lot of mine. Because it replaced.
“Now I have my favorite custard sauce. It tastes like custard, it’s a win.”
Where Tim chose a bowl of porridge to start the day and added a custard or chocolate-flavored sauce to give himself a small treat, he chose two bacon sandwiches.
Another change Tim made was to replace the thick meat with thinner cuts. That is, he was able to enjoy the same meal, but with much less calories.
Tim stocked up fruits and vegetables and said:
“The biggest thing I learned about food was that it was low in calories and you could eat a lot and still eat a lot.
“I’m the head of big broccoli and cauliflower right now.”
Tim eats a lot on weekdays, so it’s okay to eat and drink occasionally. “If he’s not having fun, he won’t stick to it,” he said.
