Freezer staple foods for a healthy lifestyle should include many things such as fruits, vegetables and protein. Doesn’t it make sense? However, guidance from nutrition experts may be needed to understand exactly what to put in the freezer to get going. So I asked a nutritionist what the staple food of Costco’s freezer is.
