A popular fitness coach shared how to make a healthy and delicious double-fillet Bondi burger from Porto.
Bec Hardgrave from Brisbane posted a recipe video as part of the Fakeaway series, stating that it might be her new favorite burger.
To recreate the popular menu items, Bec begins by adding 5 grams of cornflower, 5 grams of Portuguese seasonings, salt and pepper to the bowl.

She mixes the dried ingredients and then adds two thinly sliced chicken breasts to the seasoning and coats well.
Beck then puts the fillet in an air fryer, cooks it, toasts the brioche bread and begins assembling the hamburger.
Next, she sprays 15 mL of fat-free mayonnaise onto the base half of the hamburger and adds a handful of finely chopped iceberg lettuce on top.
Then add two cooked chicken breasts on top of the lettuce, place a slice of light cheese on top, and finally apply chili sauce on top of the cheese.
