Small restaurants and food stalls throughout Tamil Nadu contribute to the spread of Karandio omelettes. The Tamil word for ladle is Karandi. This is a quick omelet that can be used to make large omelettes that are normally used for tempering and “tuckers”.

Spicy and appetizing, with plenty of vegetables. As a result, it goes without saying that this dish is nutritious. The egg pouch recipe is named after the fact that it is made in a small round container shaped like a pouch.
