“I don’t have much time for the day,” she said. “So everything I have to do is very, very fast.
“When you start adding a little food to your snack, you start to enjoy it a little more.”
Eating healthier snacks avoids the “collisions” often experienced after sugar-rich foods.
Curly said: “It’s much easier to go to the cupboard, pick up a mince pie and eat it than to make something yourself.
“It was a long day, but when I forgot to have lunch or breakfast and couldn’t eat enough,” Can I grab something? “
“But in reality, take the time to drink something or make something and think about how you feel.
“What do we really need? Does that mince pie just crash me in less than 5 minutes?
“I’m going to come back and have another, it’s pretty likely.
“Instead, let’s make something that keeps me moving.”
