Interior designers recently tested positive for covid and had to take a break from their fitness routine. But a few days ago, Southerne shared her video. There you can see demonstrating a fitness routine in Beast Mode shortly after recovering from Covid. After covid, Sussane returns to fitness with fresh enthusiasm and kills daily with animal flow training.
