material
* 1/2 cup of yellow lentils (mung bean soaked in water for 2 hours)
* 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder
* One small cinnamon stick
* April-Laurel leaves
* Salt if you like
* A bunch of fresh spinach
* 2-3 Green chilies
* 2 teaspoons butter
* Cumin seeds
* 5-6 Finely chopped garlic
* 1 piece of finely chopped ginger
* Crushed black pepper
* 1 Lemon (juice)
* Refined / 2 spoons of olive oil
* Bread slices (cut into small croutons)
* Garnished cream
Method
* In a pressure cooker, add 1/2 cup of soaked bay leaf, to which dd 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, 1 small cinnamon stick, 4-5 bay leaf
* Add salt if you like and cook up to 2 whistles in a pressure cooker
* Put spinach in hot water, take it out in 5 seconds, add ice water and let it cool. Next, put the blanched spinach in a blender, add a few green chilies and stir to make a puree.
* Remove bay leaves and cinnamon sticks from cooked dal and blend for smoothing using a blender. Then heat 1 teaspoon of butter in a frying pan and add the cumin seeds.
* Add 3-4 pieces of finely chopped garlic, finely chopped ginger and crushed peppercorn and mix. When the garlic is cooked a little, add the boiled dal. (You can also eject and add dulls)
* Bring to a boil over low heat, add spinach puree and mix, and if it is too thick, add water.
* Add salt as you like, turn off the heat and add 1 lemon juice.
How to make garlic croutons
* Heat the pot.Add 1 tablespoon butter and 2 tablespoons of oil
* Add 2 pieces of finely chopped garlic to the butter and oil mixture and add salt if you like.
* Add crushed peppercorn and mix
* Next, cut a slice of bread into small cubes and pour the butter mixture over it (set aside the fried garlic for garnish).
* Roast these croutons in a frying pan until golden and crispy.
How do you serve this soup?
Put the dalparak soup in a serving bowl and top with fresh cream, garlic croutons and fried garlic.
