When boiling soy nuggets:
Soy nuggets (dried)-2 cups
Water: 1 liter
Soy sauce: 3 tbsp
Salt: 1/2 teaspoon
Chopped garlic:-1 tsp
Chopped onion: 3 tbsp
Chopped green pepper: 2 tbsp
Chopped ginger: 1 tsp
For Manchurian ball
Chopped green onions-¼ cup
Chopped coriander-a handful
Salt-a generous pinch
Chopped green pepper – 2 tsp
Lemon juice-3 tbsp
Pepper flour-1/2 teaspoon
Cornstarch-3 tbsp
All-purpose flour (Mida) – 5 tbsp
Oil-for fried foods
For Chilean Manchurian sauce
Oil – 3 tbsp
Dried red pepper-2
Chopped garlic – 1 tbsp
Chopped ginger – 1 tbsp
Chopped onion-¼ cup
Chopped green pepper – 2 tsp
Dice-cut yellow pepper-¼ cup
Pepper diced-¼ cup
Dice red peppers-¼ cup
Chili sauce – 2 tbsp
Soy sauce (light) – 4 tbsp
Tomato ketchup-½ cup
Vinegar – 1 tbsp
Salt-taste
Chopped green onions-a handful
Water / Stock – 3 cups
Cornstarch – 1 tbsp
Water – 3 tbsp
Chopped coriander-a handful

Procedure for making soybean peppers in Manchuria
1) First, you need to boil the soy nuggets. Take a chunk of soybeans, add chopped garlic, onions, green pepper, soy sauce and a little salt and simmer in water.
2) The next step involves preparing the Manchurian ball. For this, take a chunk of boiled soybeans and add chopped green onions, coriander, salt, lemon juice and pepper powder. Mix the all-purpose flour and the binder cornstarch. Fry chunks.
3) Prepare the recipe source. Heat the oil in a pan, add chopped garlic, onions and ginger one by one, then add the yellow, green and red diced ginger. After frying the vegetables, add the sauce (chili, soybeans, tomatoes) with the vinegar.
4) The final step is to add fried soy chunks to the preparation. If you blend it all well, you will have a soy pepper Manchuria.
