One day, Tridev shared a short glimpse of how Sanya was preparing her body right after the New Year’s celebration, and we’re already hooked. He also shared a short video of Sanya dancing her way to warm herself up for the heavy fitness routine that follows.

In the video shared by Tridev, you can see Sanya Malhotra lifting weights while squatting. Wearing a black T-shirt and black gym shorts, Sanya can be seen walking backwards with weights on her back and squatting while lifting the weights. In another video shared by Tridev, Sanya can be seen doing a mandatory dance just before starting a heavy series of exercise routines. In the video, Sanya can be seen waking up to the gym equipment, digging a ditch into the number playing in the background and having a good time at the gym before picking up the weights. “A must-have dance before a heavy set,” Tridev wrote in the video.
Returning to Sanya’s fitness routine, weightlifting has several health benefits. It helps protect bone health and muscle mass. It also helps to burn extra kilos more efficiently. Weightlifting also helps develop better body mechanics.
