Foil pack Mediterranean salmon
material:
• 1 pint of cherry Tomato
•• 8 ounces.Trimmed edges of broccolini
•• 8 ounces.Of small red potatoes or young potatoes
•• 115 ounces of canned beans, rinsed, drained
•• 1 lemon, juice
•• 1 tablespoon of olive oil
•• 1 tablespoon of salt-free Mediterranean spice blend
•• 4 center-cut salmon fillets (5 ounces)

Heat the oven to 400 ° F. Tear 4 pieces of aluminum foil of about 12 “x15” each.

Divide the vegetables into 4 equal parts and set them in the center of each foil sheet. Add 1/3 cup beans to each.
