Atlanta – Take off at West Midtown’s newest social club:
It’s halfway through the week, so you’re probably already thinking about your plans for the weekend. So why not spend a few hours at Oche, play with your friends and compete to see who reaches the highest goal?
(Don’t worry…I’ll explain what “Oche” is in a minute…)
Atlanta’s West Midtown just got busier with the addition of the UK-based hi-tech version of Darts (“Flight”), shareable plates of food and a social club dedicated to craft cocktails, the Flight Club. When it opened a week ago, Atlanta became Flight Club’s fifth US location, after Chicago, Boston, Houston and Las Vegas. The founders say Atlanta’s booming social scene is a perfect match for the so-called ‘Ridiculous Joy’ brand. ”
Now let’s talk about darts! As we learned at Good Day Atlanta, the Flight Club team, whose trademark social darts are powered by proprietary technology that automatically scores during a game, uses networking capabilities to beat dozens of competitors. It says you can create groups. Here in Atlanta, Flight Club has a number of his Oches (actual darts stations), each of which can accommodate up to 12 players at once. But again, Oches could be networked for greater competition. A regular game of Social Darts is $12 per person and includes 90 minutes of play time.
So who’s ready for a friendly little competition? The Flight Club is located in the Star Metals Complex, Suite 140, 1055 Howell Mill Road, Atlanta. Click here for visit details and the full food and drink menu.
