Kayla Itines welcomed her second child with fiancée Jae Woodroffe.
The fitness queen documented the process in a series of Instagram Stories on Sunday.
The 31-year-old and her fiancé headed to the hospital, where Kayla delivered a planned C-section.

She was photographed wearing a blue hospital gown and kissing Jae before undergoing surgery.
Jae also kissed her comfortingly while she was on the operating table and watched her baby being born through the curtain.
Kayla didn’t immediately reveal whether it was a boy or girl, instead letting fans guess in a poll.

Kayla revealed earlier this year that she was planning a caesarean section and preparing for the recovery process when it comes to fitness.

She said surgery meant focusing on low-intensity training while rebuilding strength.
Kayla announced her pregnancy in July this year by holding up an ultrasound photo with Jae while they were kissing.
“So excited to share the news that our family is growing,” Kaya wrote in the caption next to the photo.

Kayla revealed earlier this year that she was planning a C-section and was preparing for a fitness recovery process.

Kayla, who became a millionaire thanks to popular workout app Sweat (formerly Bikini Body Guides), confirmed that she and Jae got engaged in July.
The Adelaide native proudly showed off her diamond ring in a series of photos taken shortly after 29-year-old Jae posed the question.
