Zara Tindall, 41, met her husband Mike, 44, on the famous bridge and finished fourth on I’m A Celebrity. Fans went wild at how amazing Princess Anne’s daughter looked in her 159-pound Paige jeans “Maisley Playsuit In Dark Matter.”
Since returning to the UK, Zara has made several royal appearances together in a gorgeous burgundy coat by Karen Mirren at a Christmas Carol concert hosted by Kate Middleton in December.
Late in Christmas, the royals donned the new LK Bennett ‘Christie Black And White Herringbone Dress Coat’.
Later, on New Year’s Day, a mother of three bought an ‘Indigo Fold Finchley Herringbone Wool Coat’ for £650. What kind of diet does Zara follow?

she said:
“Out of the saddle posture can improve the more you ride regularly.”
Experts have also expanded the fitness routine Zara follows to stay fit.
Campus explains:
Do not miss it:
“Even now, Zara seems to maintain many of the basic habits that she has formed over the years as a competitive athlete.
“Zara and Mike have a large gym set up at their mansion. Zara likes to do some light work out at the home gym before the kids wake up. Jumping on an exercise bike is for this purpose.
“During peak equestrian events, Zara had to ‘work hard’ on her fitness, which included riding up to eight horses a day.
“At the time, Zara’s regimen also included swimming and cycling for fitness, strength and endurance.”

Zara reportedly doesn’t follow a specific eating plan to maintain her figure, but rather sticks to a few basic dietary rules.
“Zara follows two very simple dietary rules of limiting carbs and sugar as much as possible,” Campus said.
“She’s not on a diet, but she eats well and doesn’t eat too many carbs and sweets.
“Her typical plate is full of fresh, healthy foods that are packed with protein, vitamins and nutrients.
“Zara tends to start the day at 7am with a simple breakfast of Greek yogurt and honey.
“This allowed her to move on to lunchtime and enjoy a fuss-free ‘simple’ meal such as soup and sandwiches or eggs and toast.
“Healthy home-cooked meals are what Zara likes at dinnertime.
“Her husband, Mike Tindall, has admitted Zara is a ‘great cook’ and ‘does all the cooking in the house.'”
