Keto Plum cake recipe how to make

- 1 stick of unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup low carb brown sugar/cane sugar
- Small piece of plum (frozen plum is also acceptable)
- 1 1/3 cups blanched almond flour
- 2/3 cup coconut sugar
- 1 1/2 tablespoons baking powder
- 1/2 tablespoon cinnamon powder
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon vanilla essence
Method
- Preheat the overcoat to 350 F
- Add the melted butter and brown sugar and mix until a paste forms.
- In another bowl, mix all the dry ingredients (almond flour, coconut sugar, baking powder, cinnamon and a pinch of salt).
- set the dry mixture aside
- Mix remaining melted butter with almond milk. Slowly add vanilla essence and eggs.
- Mix all ingredients until a fine paste
- Spread the dough evenly and place the plums on top.
- Bake the cake for at least 35 minutes.
- Remove from oven and let pan cool for at least 30 minutes.
You can always serve the cake with whipped cream.
