Healthy Winter Snack Recipes for Your Kids
Here are some recipes to keep your baby moving:
1. Happy Berry Soup
material:
25 grams of chicken
card 50ml
1/2 onion
200 grams of crushed wheat
500ml water

Ghee – 5ml
mint leaves -5-6
ginger, garlic – to taste
Method
– Soak the crushed wheat in water for 30 minutes. Add 5ml of ghee to the pan.

– Reduce heat, add curd and let stand for 5-10 minutes.
– Pressure cook the soaked crushed wheat in 500 ml of water and add a pinch of salt.
– Add chicken mixture to cooked crushed wheat and cook for 15 minutes.
– Add 4-6 mint leaves for flavor.
2. Milky Way
material
5 cups milk
2 tablespoons almond powder
1 teaspoon whole wheat flour
1.5 tablespoons jaggery
1 tablespoon of diggy
1 stick of saffron
A pinch of cardamom powder
2 pistachios
instructions
– Add ghee to the pot.
・Add flour and bake until golden brown. Keep stirring.
– Add almond powder and roast over low heat until golden brown.
– Add milk and saffron and simmer for 5 minutes. Heat for 2 minutes, stirring.
・Add cardamom powder and turn off the heat.
– Garnish with pistachios and chopped almonds and serve warm.
