Jason Derulo may “talk dirty,” but he keeps his wellness routine clean.
And with New Year’s resolution season just around the corner, the star has plenty of tips, telling Page Six Style that he’s “trying to eat and drink as organically as possible.”
“Take a walk every day, create a great workout playlist, and find a gym buddy,” he says, listening to your body, eating lots of protein, and staying hydrated.
During his own gym sessions, the singer frequently increases his “likes” while increasing his reps. He’s been known to share videos of his workouts, along with numerous viral challenges ranging from fitness feats to dance routines.
But while he’s experimented with some of TikTok’s trickiest trends, he has one video that’s the hardest to pull off.
“I was on vacation in Greece and was trying to film a jump-rope TikTok workout, and I messed up,” he says. “You might think VFX is the hardest part of TikToks for him, but it was really hard for him to do it in one take.”
He says he never knows which viral trend to jump to. Then there’s the self-described “last minute gifter” — who recently became co-owner and ambassador for beverage company TREO — do I know what he’s packing his stockings for this holiday season.
“Usually I like to give away a few of my favorite things of the year, so this year I’m giving everyone a stocking of TREO,” he said of organic flavored waters, including fruit and birch water. .

But while the famous thirst trapper has gifted workout drinks designed to keep you hydrated, his own wish list includes sneakers and styles that aren’t gym-friendly. increase.
“I love fashion and recently fell in love with the Philippe Plein collection,” he says. “His style is bold and strong.

The designer’s Winter 2022 collection includes a host of gift-worthy styles, from cold-weather staples like the Quilted Down Jacket ($788, originally $1,575) to kicks, which are on sale now.
But at the end of the day, nothing beats the best present Derulo has ever gotten.
“My son, King, is the greatest gift I could receive,” he says. “He came and turned my world upside down in the best possible way.”
“[He] I am giving him his first guitar this year because he loves music as much as I do,” added Derulo.
