If you can find time to do one physical activity every day, you will soon notice your whole body toning.
As you may have heard, staying active and fit is also a great way to reduce stress in your life.
Exercise gives you time out and helps you reprioritize.
Even better, the time you’re exercising is the time you can’t eat.
Point 2: Take a deep breath
Practice conscious breathing by inhaling through your nose, expanding your belly, and then exhaling through your mouth.
Taking 5-10 conscious breaths gives you a calming, refreshing time-out.
Don’t leave yourself stressed out and exhausted by the end of the day. This can lead to comfort food.
Try this breathing technique as many times as you can remember (put a sticky note on yourself).
Take some time to think about your body and think about how you want it to look.
This technique can help you avoid donuts or prioritize trips to the gym.
Tip 3: Pull shoulders back and tummy
