Cabbage Kuttu Recipe: How to make Muttai Kosekuttu:
- Soak the dal and simmer for a while until half cooked. Add chopped cabbage, curry leaves and haldi. Mix everything and bring to a boil.
- Add cumin, coconut and chili to a blender and blend until smooth. Add that paste to the mixture, add salt and water. Cover and simmer until the coconut is soft.
- Then prepare tadka with oil, mustard seeds, urad dal, curry leaves, hin and dried red pepper. Add Tadka to Kutu and mix well.
- Enjoy the hearty cabbage kutu with rice.
