If there’s one thing that helps you stay consistent, it’s making your workouts as accessible as possible. For Rita, that means taking her home gym equipment with her wherever she goes. “I always travel with her 1kg and her 2kg dumbbells, ankle weights and moderate resistance bands,” she says. White“When I can’t work out, I use ankle weights and wear them around town and around the house.”

Her regular post-workout Insta pics prove that Rita gets frequent fitness fixes, but she’s not the kind of person who likes to work out between exercising for fun and exercising too much. I know there are fine lines. White She works out up to “four times a week.” Rest days are everything, folks. 3. Mix up your workouts

“I might go to the gym three times a week, and then I’ll definitely do a Pilates class. Find what works for you, what you enjoy, and switch up routines when you feel like it.” It’s perfectly okay to run three times a week and decide that the next week can’t get any worse.
