Another royal watcher, @taminator61, replied, “I noticed that too.”
Princess Beatrice is reportedly on a semi-vegan diet, and according to royal family sources, the royal family hopes to go permanently plant-based in the future.
Dr Charlotte Norton, medical director of the slimming clinic, explains to Express.co.uk: Drinking 1-2 glasses of plain water first thing in the morning can help you lose weight and reduce belly fat. ”
Princess Beatrice has made many public appearances over the last year since the birth of Sienna Mapelli Mozzi and has looked remarkably healthy.

A personal trainer told Express.co.uk that Beatrice has been “feeling great” since giving birth last September.
brigopt.com’s personal trainer, Michael Brigo, spoke to Express.co.uk about Beatrice’s diet and exercise plan to achieve such an impressive figure after giving birth to Sienna.
“Princess Beatrice had a baby last fall and is doing very well. Dieting is a major component of any weight loss plan, especially during pregnancy.
“I definitely started doing postpartum exercises to get stronger. Then I do progressively higher intensity resistance-based exercises to tone, strengthen and shape my body.
Do not miss it:
According to the princess, sushi is the hardest thing to give up when going vegan.
Therefore, Beatrice would have been delighted to be told that the vegan offerings were nearly identical to real sushi.
Charlotte adds:
“One of the biggest aids in weight loss is breastfeeding. The amount of weight breastfeeding can help you lose varies from person to person, but typically individuals can see 500 to 700 calories burned per day.
“To achieve sustainable weight loss, Princess was likely eating a high-fiber diet consisting of foods such as avocados, berries, beans and broccoli.
“Dietary fiber keeps you feeling fuller for longer, so you can cut down on mid-meal snacks throughout the day.
“In addition to this, stocking up on healthy proteins such as red meat, eggs, and dairy will boost your metabolism, reduce your appetite, and aid in weight loss.
“Combining a healthy, nutritious diet with exercise would also have contributed to her weight loss, although this will, of course, depend on medical advice provided post-pregnancy.”
