material:
• 200 grams Gond (acacia gum)
• 300g whole wheat flour
• 250 grams of sugar
• 250 grams ghee
• 50 grams almonds
• 50 grams Pista
• 50 grams of cashew nuts
• 50 grams of dates
• 50 grams Gulkand
• Cardamom powder 25g
Method:
Heat 50 grams of ghee in a non-stick frying pan. Add all nuts except dates and lightly roast until light brown. Cool and coarsely grind the nuts in a blender and set aside.

Take about 30 grams of the mixture and shape it like a laddu. Gulkand Mix in the center.
