According to her nutritionist, Shweta’s diet includes a salad made from her favorite lettuce, spinach, tomato and cucumber. For her breakfast, Shweta eats black bread toast and eggs with tea.
Shweta’s lunches are light and portable, so she eats parantha and paneer bhurji with her favorite salad and low-fat yogurt.
And according to media reports, Shweta never misses a workout session and regularly posts it on her Instagram account.
She typically exercises 3-4 times a week and runs regularly on a treadmill.
Shweta is also an avid yoga practitioner, exercising and eating healthy from the comfort of her home during lockdown.
