What would you say to someone who thinks plant-based diets are too expensive?
Plant foods are generally cheaper. Plant proteins like lentils, chickpeas, and tofu are much cheaper than animal proteins. Healthy foods should be simple vegetables, beans, and whole grains. It is often confused with superfoods and expensive ingredients.
