It’s a wonder how food-surrounded Greg Wallace managed to lose weight after debuting an incredible new look on social media. It left fans with a hug, and in a few years it dropped 4.5 places.
The celebrity Masterchef host has revealed he’s accomplished just that by sticking to a very simple “key” method that will help you stop snacking and change your life.
The 57-year-old explained that he sticks to “heavy, filling, healthy, balanced meals” three times a day to lose weight.
This helped curb his appetite and need to grab naughty treats, and he admitted that he “lost weight” shortly after quitting his bad habit.
Eating three meals helps people spread their calories throughout the day and prevents hunger after each meal.

Greg’s heaviest was 16 lbs 7 lbs, and he admitted that he was “not happy” with being overweight.
In the past, he’s experimented with a range of restrictive diets, from fad diets to fasting, no-carb methods, and low-fat techniques.
However, nothing worked for him in the long run, instead he felt “really uncomfortable” and “extremely hungry and miserable all the time.”
Today, he is enjoying the fruits of his hard work and new understanding of nutrition.

“I’ve learned that it’s much better to pull yourself apart [a bad] Diet slowly and make proper and healthy meals,” he said.
“You are much more likely to succeed and enjoy the change!”
Greg also eats a big breakfast to keep him full all morning.
This new way of thinking led him to quit fast food, cook more at home, limit the number of days he consumed alcohol, and exercise regularly.
Alongside a healthy diet, Greg keeps fit by doing sessions with a personal trainer.
His workout routine includes bench presses, chin ups, kettlebells and press ups.
He often shows off his six-pack on his Instagram page and impresses his fans with his new healthy lifestyle commitment.
And his transformation inspired others to make necessary changes in their lives as well.
