Reality TV personality Chanel Hayes has been open about her weight loss struggles. She admits that her weight has prevented her from wearing a bikini in public, but she’s starting to show off her body more. Hayes posted a collage of her beach photos on Instagram. Hayes revealed on Instagram that she had weight loss surgery; She also revealed her health tips and some of the lessons she’s learned since the surgery. She says she’s working on her health plan and making changes. “Surgery is just a tool. If you don’t use it consistently and correctly, it will fail. Addressing your abnormal relationship with food is very important if you want to be physically and mentally healthy.”
