JAMES Argent stripped off his swim shorts to show off his massive weight loss as he took a dip in Marbella’s pool.
Once a TOWIE favorite, the 34-year-old opted for a pair of sleek blue print swim shorts for chilly days relaxing in holiday hotspots.

Nicknamed Argu, James looked like he wanted to top up his tan when he ripped off his shirt to reveal his 14th weight loss.
He draped blue towels over the loungers before padded poolside with a pair of nude sliders.
After being sizzling in the sun, he was understandably eager to cool down.
Showing off his swimming skills, Alg headed for the edge of the pool and dived straight into it.
Coming out of the water, he ran his hand through his hair, smoothing it off his face.
Maybe later decided that diving was too much energy, but the reality star entered the water via a metal staircase.
Last month, Arg was seen topless jumping off a cliff into the ocean and relaxing on her pedals at the same holiday hotspot.
Meanwhile, James lost an incredible amount of weight last year after undergoing gastric bypass surgery to limit his food intake.
Arg underwent life-saving surgery to turn his life around.
Since the surgery, James has kept fans informed of his progress, and recently admitted that doctors ordered him to put the weight back on.
He told The Sun newspaper in February: “The only problem now is that I’ve lost a little too much weight and need to load half a stone.
“Everybody finds it funny. I never thought I would be in this situation, but it doesn’t matter to me. It’s just me!”
Alg, who started gaining weight during lockdown after quitting his cocaine and booze addiction, previously told The Sun EXCLUSIVELY how doctors told him he was on “death row.”
It took his mother Patricia breaking down in her bedroom for him to finally call for help.
“The binge was exhausting and lethargic, so I was making plans every day to see friends, work, and get something done,” he told The Sun.
“But after binge eating, I would be so exhausted that I would even stay in bed without leaving the house.
“One afternoon my mother found me in bed and started crying.
“She said, ‘I don’t recognize my son anymore.’ It was a big wake-up call. ”
The revival of his life was a huge success, and the star looked slimmer than ever when he appeared on Lorraine’s show to promote his new career with The Arg Band.
