Chickpea Cookie Dough Recipe:
Materials –
- 1 x chickpea can
- 3 tbsp oat flour
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 3 tablespoons maple syrup
- chocolate chips (as much as you like)
Method –
- Drain the canned chickpeas and rinse well. Once it’s done, put it in the food processor.
- Add oat flour, almond butter, and maple syrup.
- Blend until smooth.
- Remove from blender and place in bowl.
- Add chocolate chips.
- Serve and enjoy!
