TV and radio host Chrissy Swann continues to hit her fitness goals after losing 90kg since the coronavirus lockdown began.
And now, the mother of three has set a new goal of walking 300km in a month for the Fred Hollows Foundation.
Chrissie, 48, announced Monday that she will “bang on the pavement” every day in August to raise money for a blindness charity.

“We’re doing it again! August means walking 300km to restore sight for avoidable blindness,” she wrote on Instagram.

She posted another photo on her Instagram Stories of her stepping foot.
“I’ve walked 300km this month. You can endorse me and donate to save someone’s sight from the link in my bio…” she wrote.

She got off to a great start and completed over 9km on the first day.
In the following post, she revealed that she had already walked 9.24 km on Monday.

Chrissie took part in this challenge last year, initially aiming for 150km, but later increased his goal to 300km.

Chrissy recently decided to stop talking publicly about her weight loss.
“I think the reason I’m not talking about anything now is because I’ve been doing it for the last 20 years,” she told Stellar magazine in July.
“I stepped into such a toxic environment and I didn’t feel good. And it didn’t help me, and it didn’t help anyone else. It just spreads interest in the body and it’s irrelevant,” she added.
