If you’re a fan of grilled cheese sandwiches and you’re trying to lose weight, it can be difficult to eat your favorite cheesy sandwich later without feeling guilty. However, by changing the recipe, you can enjoy a delicious taste without using high-calorie cheese or mayonnaise. The secret is to use a hang card instead. Cards are very healthy because they are probiotics that help digestion.
Hang cards are creamy cards that do not contain moisture. For this, take a muslin cloth, place the card on it and tie it tightly. Hand this tied card cloth for 2-3 hours until all the water has left the cloth. Squeeze out the remaining water and the creamy card is ready.
Now, for sandwiches, finely chop carrots, capsicum and onions. Mix these vegetables with hanging tofu, add salt, pepper and oregano and mix again. If you want to make it spicy, you can also add red pepper. Then spread the mixture on the pan, put another pan on top, and grill the sandwich from the outside until golden. Slice it into two parts and heat it.
