That’s why this Wednesday we’re working on a great recipe for fried chicken and cucumber. Wednesday is for weight loss, muscle growth and bone health. material:
500 grams of boneless chicken
Marinated to be done
1 teaspoon cornstarch
1 egg white
Salt to taste
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon oil
Method:
Marinated chicken with all of the above. Set aside for 15-20 minutes.
Cooking ingredients:
2 cucumbers
Cut onion 1/2 cup
Slit green chilies (optional)
8-10 garlic
1½pc ginger
4-5 red peppers
1 teaspoon vinegar
2tsp light soybeans
1/2 teaspoon cornstarch
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon white / black pepper
Salt to taste
3 tablespoons of oil
Method:
Cut the cucumber into 4 pieces vertically with skin, remove the contents with seeds, cut diagonally and set aside. Cut the ginger flat and set it aside. Cut the garlic into round and flat pieces. Cut the green onions into 1½ and set them aside. Cut the whole red pepper into 3-4 pieces each and set aside.

Mix cornstarch in a bowl with 3-4 tablespoons of water and set aside. Add 1½ tablespoons of oil to the pan. Warm the oil. Place the marinated chicken in a pan. Cook over medium heat and over full heat. Cook the chicken on one side for a few minutes. Next, turn the sides over and cook. Stir in between.
Cook until the chicken is complete. Remove from the pan and set aside. Put the rest of the oil in the same pan. When it’s warm. Add ginger and garlic and cut red pepper. Stir for a few minutes. Add chopped green chilies. Fry for a few seconds. Add the cut cucumbers. Fry for a few minutes.
Reduce the heat or remove the pot from the heat and add vinegar. Mix. Add soy sauce. Put the pot back on the fire. Add salt. Add pepper. Fry for a few seconds. Add cornstarch mixed with 3-4 tablespoons of water. Mix well.

Next, add the cooked chicken. Fry everything well for a few seconds. Add a cut onion. Mix. Add sugar. Fry for a few minutes.
