Topper and bean sprout vegetable pizza
(For 1-2 people)
material
- One big sourdough pizza base
- 75ml tomato sauce / passata
- 100g grated mozzarella cheese
- ½ ball of freshly sliced mozzarella cheese
- Mushroom 50g, slice
- ¼ red pepper, thinly sliced
- ¼ peppers, thinly sliced
- ¼ zucchini, thinly sliced
To provide:

Method
- Preheat the oven to 220C / 200 fan / 425F / Gasmark 7 and heat with a large baking sheet.
- Spread the passata on a pizza base and sprinkle on two-thirds of the grated cheese.
- Sprinkle evenly over pizza toppings and sliced mozzarella cheese and season with salt and pepper.
- Sprinkle on the remaining grated cheese and lift to a hot sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until foaming and crispy.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes, then sprinkle with Good 4U Super Seed and Germinate Super Sprout and serve immediately.
