There is many With so many protein bars on the shelves these days, it’s not easy to determine which brand is best for you. Some secretly contain sugar, while others contain artificial ingredients that our bodies certainly don’t need, and barely have enough protein to qualify as a “protein bar.” Some are available. So when I heard about MOSH, a protein bar “made for your brain,” I knew I had to try it.
But what does brain health mean and how does a protein bar affect it? Instead, eat this! The best brain foods are reportedly to protect the heart and blood vessels from chronic diseases such as Alzheimer’s disease and other dementia, while keeping the heart and blood vessels healthy. Certain nutrients are known to improve brain health, and the MOSH bar is packed with them.
After sampling the MOSH bar myself, I chatted with co-founders Maria and Patrick Schwarzenegger to get the full scoop. Read my full review of these bars and what Schwarzenegger says about their creation.
Next, check out the diet that Kate Moss is following.
Mother and son duo work well together
It was Maria who started the idea of a healthy protein bar for the brain, but she couldn’t do it without her son. “When Patrick told me,’If you don’t get an answer and people keep refusing you, accept that it’s an opportunity to step into your own strength and bet on you.'” I did exactly that, and since then we’ve been racing, “says Maria.
The 28-year-old actor built the brand with his mother. “”[Patrick’s] “I was able to interact with people of my age with people of my age who are interested in this area,” explains Maria. Or they were suffering from their own mental health challenges and now they want to get involved. We love family companies!
They are healthy for your body and brain
Each MOSH bar contains seven brain nutrients and superfoods: lion mane, ashwaganda, MCT oil, omega 3, collagen, vitamin B12, and vitamin D3. “We worked with a team of world-class brain health experts and functional nutritionists to tune and complete the recipe for over a year and a half,” explains Patrick. “MOSH was deliberately developed to fill a niche in the market. There was no protein bar containing this important blend of brain nutrients, and Maria was prescribed by the best brain experts. Developed to contain many of the vitamins and supplements that have been made. “
Many other bars I’ve tried focus on body health and muscle recovery, but these bars are the parts of the body that are a little overlooked to take care of, our minds. Pay attention to. With Mental Health Awareness approaching, the MOSH Bar is very pleased to provide the nutrients it needs for the brain. “We want people to think about the brain as well as the abdominal muscles, biceps, thighs. Through MOSH, we all generations actively care for brain health and It stimulates and empowers you to nourish. After all, it’s your number one asset, “says Maria.
However, just because MOSH bars promote brain health does not mean that they cannot support other areas of your body. With no added sugar, clean ingredients, or 12 grams of protein in each bar, MOSH provides the energy you need in a healthy way.
They didn’t succeed right away
It’s easy to imagine that these popular bars were once rejected by many companies. But it all returns to brain health and recognizes its importance. “I need a source of protein and a source of fuel for my brain on the road, in my car, on the plane,” says Maria. “I’ve been pitching my vision to big companies for a few years and they’ve passed. No one understood the importance of eating for brain and physical health. Consumers have brain health. I felt I wasn’t interested in them, but the boys were so wrong with them. “”
Since advancing at MOSH, Schwarzenegger has facilitated conversations about brain and physical health. Instead, eat this! Cognitive decline was reportedly less common from the late ’60s to the early’ 70s, but brain care should now be a top priority. Other brain-healthy foods include blueberries, eggs, whole grains, nuts, and fish.
delicious
In addition to brain health, Schwarzenegger also wanted to make sure that the MOSH bar tasted great. I had a good percentage of protein bars, but when it comes to flavors, MOSH is definitely the top rank. I tried three flavors: chocolate crunch, peanut butter chocolate crunch, and peanut butter crunch. Keyword here: Crunch. The chewy outer texture and the soft inner chewy texture are very simple and delicious. I’m a chocolate enthusiast, so my favorite was, of course, the chocolate crunch. But Maria and Patrick seem to have another reliable bar …
Patrick says his favorite is “Peanut Butter Chocolate Crunch, because it’s the best in both worlds!” Maria agrees — “Peanut butter chocolate crunch! Eat a bite and you’ll see why.”
verdict
Taking into account brain health advocacy, expert-determined nutrients and flavors, the MOSH bar is definitely in my pantry. Patrick hints at something new in the store, so I’ll keep an eye out for future MOSH products. We also fund brain health research to help find a cure for Alzheimer’s disease. “
My overall rating? 10/10-I’m working on brain health, and you should be. “Our company was born out of a mission. We always want to stick to that mission,” says Patrick. “We are attracting a community of brain health warriors and empowering people of all ages to actively care for their brains.”
