At the show, Baheddin’Baha’ Alturjman changed for the first time when he shared a photo of his young self, called the boy an “old friend” and was introduced to his “second friend” Oat.
“My life was completely different from today. Since then, I have lost 100kg with the help of oats. I discovered it in 2016 and it completely changed my life.”
At that time, Baja’s “old friend” was “always the biggest person in his family and school” and suffered considerable bullying due to weight problems.
But the change was so profound that he now wants to take the goodness of the orti and change the lives of others. That’s why he reminded me of “Oated”.
Just like that, food such as pizza, waffles and pancakes have been removed from the guilty journey. Some argue that it may have been turned into a health food.
“I always associated a healthy diet with boring foods, tasteless. I always thought that being healthy was about suffering and restrictions.”
