A popular health and fitness coach shared how to make a Tim Tam-inspired treat at home in just 15 minutes.
Bec Hardgrave from Brisbane, Australia has posted an online video detailing how to make “Biscoff Tim Tam” using only three ingredients: biscuits, Biscoff spreads and melted chocolate.
The end result looked exactly like Tim Tam from Arnotts, a chocolate biscuit loved by Australians.
“This and hot chocolate at night are my favorite desserts! Believe you won’t regret it,” Bec wrote on Instagram.

To make a chocolate-covered biscuit, she first added a layer of biscuits that spreads between the two biscuits and then melted 15 g of baking chocolate chips. She then soaked the biscuit sandwiches in chocolate, placed each on a tray, and left it in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
“When the store hasn’t sold it yet, you make it at home,” Beck said in an Instagram video.
To make a chocolate-covered biscuit, she first added a layer of biscuits that spreads between the two biscuits and melted 15 g of baking chocolate chips.
She then soaked the biscuit sandwiches in chocolate, then placed each on a tray and left it in the fridge for 15 minutes.

Beck encourages a healthy diet while encouraging people to enjoy chocolate and satisfy their desires.
She supports “a diet plan that allows you to eat a diet that includes your favorite foods and nutritious meals.”
Each homemade Tim Tam contains only 210 calories, including 27g of carbohydrates and 11g of fat.
The video is also shared on TikTok. Since then, it has been infected with a virus and has been viewed more than 150,000 times.
“I can’t wait to try this,” one person wrote, and another added:
One-third said that replacing the central Biscoff spread with a replacement could make snacks easier and more vegan-friendly.
