Mung beans (also known as green grams) are a reservoir of protein and other essential nutrients. They help digestion and help you lose weight. In addition, mang beans should be included in the normal diet to lower “bad” LDL cholesterol, blood pressure, and blood sugar levels. Here’s how to make a delicious mung bean hopper.
material
2 tbsp yellow split dull
1/2 cup of raw rice
½ cup mung bean
3-4 Shallot
Curry leaves
1 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon Asafoetida powder
Salt as needed
1 teaspoon oil
1 teaspoon mustard seed
1 teaspoon cumin seed
3 dried peppers
1 teaspoon white sesame

Preparation
Wash mung beans, raw rice and yellow split dulls
Soak them for at least 5 hours
Put soaked lentils and raw rice, green pepper, shallot, curry leaves, cumin, curry tree powder, and salt in a mixer jar.
Grind well into a smooth dough
Set aside for 4 hours until the dough rises
Pour the batter into the oiled tray
Steam in a steamer for 10 minutes
Meanwhile, heat the oil in another pan
Sprinkle mustard seeds
Roasted dried peppers, cumin seeds, white sesame seeds and curry leaves
Add steamed mung bean hopper
Mix well until all sides of the apam are tempered and coated.
