If you’re feeling a treat, prepare this filling and the super tasty Paneer Ticcarol instead of reaching for a bag of chips. You can also have it for a supper, make sure you don’t have your supper late at night. Marinated Paneer Cube with curd, chili powder, salt, ginger garlic paste, besan, chaat masala and garam masala. Add one chopped onion and capsicum. Let it rest for 20-30 minutes.
Next, prepare a non-stick pan and oil it. Place the marinated paneer in a pan and heat on medium heat for 5 minutes. Do not overcook. For rolls, place the chapati in a pan and some paneer tickers. Add chopped onions, green chutney, tomato ketchup and mayonnaise. Roll the chapati, cook for 1 minute and warm with a mint dip.
