Mango-Chia Seed Pudding Recipe | How to Make Healthy Mango Pudding:
To make this dish, you’ll need mango, yogurt, chia seeds, digestive biscuits, powdered sugar, and mint leaves for garnish. You can replace powdered sugar with honey.
To cook, first put honey / powdered sugar and yogurt in a bowl and mix well. You can also skip the use of sweeteners altogether. Add a small amount of water to dilute the yogurt and mix with the chia seeds.
Refrigerate the mix overnight or for at least 45 minutes. Always remember that chia seeds taste best when soaked for long periods of time. Then add the mango slices on top of the pudding and let it cool again for 15 minutes before serving. Finally, decorate and taste the crushed digestive biscuits and mint leaves.
