Fruit popsicles
These summery pineapple mango popsicles are a great way to cool off on a hot day.They are made with just a few simple and fresh ingredients, are completely sweet and creamy, and are completely free of refined sugar.

3 chopped mangoes
1½ cup of chopped pineapple
½ cup hang yogurt
2 tablespoons of lime juice
2 tablespoons of honey
2 teaspoons of vanilla
Method
- Mix all ingredients until completely smooth.
- Please adjust the sweetness according to your taste.
- Transfer to an ice lolly mold and fill just below the top. Insert a popsicle stick.
- Place in the freezer for at least 6 hours. fun!
Mintha Lime

7-8 lemon juices
7 cups of water (split use)
1 cup of granulated sugar (less than that if necessary)
1 cup of loosely packed mint leaves
Method
- Add lemon juice to a 6 cup pitcher cold water.
- In a blender, mix sugar, mint leaves and 1 cup. warm water. Blend until fully bonded.
- Strain the mixture into a bowl through a fine mesh strainer. Then use lemon juice and put it back in the pitcher through the strainer. (Double strain helps remove the precipitate that forms on top of the liquid.)
- Eat immediately.
Mango Coconut Cheer Energy Drink
Rich in antioxidants and vitamin C, this drink replenishes energy and works perfectly as a post-sports and play drink.

2½ cups of coconut water
2 cup mango chunk
2½ tablespoons of chia seeds
Method
- In a blender, mix the coconut water and mango chunks and blend until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a glass and add the chia seeds.
- Please stir well and enjoy.
Creamy avocado vegetable dip
material
One solid ripe avocado, halved, pierced and cut into large chunks
¼ cup hang yogurt
3 tbsp grated cheese
1 lime juice
A pinch of red pepper powder
salt
Cucumber and carrot sticks, offer
Method
- In a food processor or blender, blend all ingredients with a tablespoon of water until smooth and creamy.
- Take it out immediately with a cucumber and carrot stick.
Munchy necklace
It’s the name my kids made for this crafting, learning and treat activity. Toddlers, preschoolers, and kindergarteners can strap their treats into a creative activity. Small hands, and laces and needles, should be washed well before activity.

Fruit loops (I don’t use these, but if your child loves them, it’s an option)
How to make a snack
- Measure the length of the necklace, double the length and cut the elastic cord. Thread the thread through the needle and fold the string in half.
- Now it’s a fun part for kids. Give the children a needle to thread the snack through and remind them to leave enough space to tie the necklace.
- Tie the necklace. Elastic cords can be difficult to tie. The easiest way is to form a loop around your finger and push the strings in. Please pull very tightly. If you pull it as usual, it will return immediately. The secret is to pull hard enough.
