Let’s start from calorie.. According to the 2020-2025 Dietary Guidelines for Americans Recommended calorie intake for adult men Range of 2,200 to 3,200 calories per day.. Judging by the photos alone, Gosuke seems to be of average height. So I put him somewhere in the middle of that recommended calorie range. With that in mind, a 550 calorie lunch is perfectly fine. Hell, when combined with a 500 calorie breakfast and a 700 calorie lunch, there are plenty of wiggle rooms. Indeed, according to the Guinness World Records, Gosuke eats two Big Macs “most of the time” a day, but still only sums them up. About half of the recommended daily calorie intake.
