“Exercise really helped menopause. I’m suffering from estrogen-fed breast cancer and I’m taking a preventative drug called tamoxifen, so I’m taking it for as long as possible, so I’m advised not to take HRT. I did.

“So I had to find another way to deal with the menopausal symptoms, especially running and swimming,” she said.
Sally has been taking preventative medicine since fighting breast cancer in 2010 and is now fully recovered.
