Do you remember the candy dots you got when you were a kid? All those cool colored circles on paper … what a sweet reward. Sweet and crunchy satisfaction on the sides of the paper as you could never put them down so clean. Well, I used them as an inspiration for this recipe — all the fun, without a papery, crunchy aftertaste. And instead of the shock of sugar and empty calories, I froze fresh fruit soaked in flavored yogurt on parchment for a similar experience. It will be a simple, speedy and satisfying candy. I hope you (and the kids) love it as much as I do!
