The photos you see on social media do not necessarily represent real life. People edit photos to make them look faint.
So, to clarify how Instagram is fake, body positivity influencers shared two photos.
Body positivity influencer Isabel – Instagram aka fitness4lazygirls – encourages people to love their bodies even without the washboard abdominal muscles.
In both pictures, she wrote the word “happy and healthy” and talked about how to stop “attractive” for underweight bodies.
In the caption of her photo, she writes:
“A body with a healthy body fat percentage moves, bends, and rolls when sitting in a particular position … this is normal.
“this is…
-Work 4-5 times a week
-Nourished daily with nutritious foods
-Enjoying a night out with friends and family
-You don’t have to worry about the calories and macros of all the foods I eat
-Not defined by fitness or diet culture
-I have a balanced lifestyle that makes me happy! ”
A narcissist guru urged her followers to focus on enjoying life and explained how it took a long time to stop striving for a rollless belly.
She added: “It took me a long time to stop making my underweight body attractive and to stop looking for a rollless stomach.
“The truth is, without this little healthy fluff, I wouldn’t be able to fully enjoy my life and focus on what’s more important.
“So please love your rolls and thank them for the freedom they give you! ILY !!”
Isabelle’s post received over 3,500 likes and many followers feel inspired by her message.
One comment: “Yes, baby !! Thank you for doing your bit to normalize these completely normal things !!!”
Another said, “I need to hear this today and it was the first post I saw when I opened Instagram. Keep doing what you are doing.”
Third pen: “We love to see the shining queen!”
