Yesterday, a University of Cambridge study found that seven hours of sleep was the ideal amount needed to feel well and ready the day before.
But how much time do you need to spend on other tasks such as exercising and eating?

Go on holiday: 8th
We all crave a never-ending holiday, but it seems far from perfect.
A study from the University of Tampere, Finland, shows that eight days is ideal for maximizing relaxation and well-being away from everyday life without getting bored or homesick.
Exercise: 21 minutes
Motivation for exercising is not always easy, but UK public health service experts recommend getting at least 150 minutes a week.
The daily training totals 21 minutes and can be anything from a simple walk to HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) training in the gym.
Lunch break: 2 hours

The HOLLYWOOD movie seems to be getting longer, The Batman, No Time To Die, and Dune are three hours shy and we’re desperate.
However, according to a YouGov survey, 55% of us believe that an ideal movie length is two hours, with the most popular show time being one and a half to two hours.
The average length of a movie is 131 minutes.
Bathing: 10 minutes
It’s very easy to take a bath and stay there until you sweat. .. .. And another bath is ready.
However, according to a study published in the medical journal Sleep Medicine Reviews, you can enjoy a good sleep-promoting effect by just lying in the bathtub and spending only 10 minutes.

The Journal of Sexual Medicine writes: “We dispel such fantasies, encourage men and women with realistic data on acceptable sexual intercourse, and prevent sexual disappointment and dysfunction.”
Watch TV: 2 hours
To keep us entertained, there is always something in the box, but be careful at a glance.
Watching TV for more than 2 hours is associated with health problems.
A 12-year study by the health research project Biobank found that people who watch their favorite TV shows for less than two hours each day have the lowest overall health risk.
Embrace your child: 20 seconds
It seems that cuddling with moms and dads will improve everything as an adult, but the best time to hug a small child is only 20 seconds.
Scientists at Toho University in Japan have discovered that long-lasting hugs can be frustrating to many.
According to their study, “it was almost impossible to avoid feeling sick in the baby during a hug of more than a minute.”

Most people can’t afford to decide how long they have to work, but if they do, the best time to focus most effectively is 52 minutes.
Then take a 17-minute break and, according to the time-tracking app DeskTime, you’ll be more productive.
