Eat Smart, Move More, and Weigh Less are evidence-based 15-week programs developed by North Carolina State University and the North Carolina State School of Public Health. This program focuses on lifestyle, not diet, and teaches participants physical activity strategies to achieve and maintain a healthy diet and healthy weight.
Each week of the program, the Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) offers live interactive lessons designed to inform, empower and motivate participants to live carefully when making choices about diet and physical activity. increase.
