Actor Karishma Tanna and her husband, a Mumbai-based businessman, Varun Bangera went to the gym for a tough training session and spent the weekend at high serotonin prices. Stars often share their partner’s training routines with Varun on social media, and each clip encourages them to get a good training with their partner. Karishma’s latest video shows a star doing aerobic exercise, core training, and strength training with Varun. Scroll forward to get motivated for daily training.
On Sunday night, Kalishma went to her Instagram page to post a training video featuring herself and her “Pe” Varun Bangera. The star captioned her post. “Sunday Workout Part 2, Bae Varun BangeraGuru @merchantsaqib. The video shows a couple nailing a workout session dressed in a comfortable fit. Karishma is nailed to a black sports bra and smooth. Whereas he chose lavender tights with a nice ponytail and training shoes, Varun wore a white T-shirt and black shorts with a pink baseball cap and trainer. The video begins with Karishma and Varun doing wide mountain climbers, followed by medicine ball exercises, stand-up rollbacks, side jump jacks and squats and burpees. The couple finished the routine with a battle rope exercise. They made different variations of the same thing that shook the rope synchronously. The couple trained their core muscles and upper and lower body strength with these strenuous exercises. These whole body workouts are also useful for calorie burning and cardiovascular workouts.
