“It’s very easy to make, it’s flavorful, and it’s satisfying enough to eat,” added Lovneet. Take a pot of this nutritious soup and add flavor to your diet. The recipe is as follows:
-Pour coconut oil into a large saucepan over medium to high heat. When the oil gets hot, add tofu. Stir after a few minutes, keeping it as unobtrusive as possible. Lightly golden and heat until all sides are crispy.
-Add oil, garlic and ginger to a large pan over high heat. Let’s cook for 2 minutes.
-Add chopped vegetables and red curry paste. Cook for another minute.
-Add coconut milk, vegetable soup and salt to taste. Partially cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
-Finally add the noodles and simmer for another 3 minutes.
-Add tofu and your favorite garnish. serve.
