If you are looking for a healthy diet and sustainable weight loss, nutrition and taste are inextricably linked. Sweet teeth are always considered a hurdle to your fitness journey, as experts advise you to stay away from processed sugar. However, if you are careful about choosing the right ingredients, you may find many ways and recipes to satisfy your desire for sweets. Fruits are a source of natural sugars, most of which are low glycemic index foods and are also suitable for diabetics. Sweetening desserts with fruits can make a healthy treat.
If you like keel and want to replace your rice with a healthier one, you can choose quinoa. Studies have shown that quinoa is rich in several amino acids, vitamins, potassium, iron, and fiber, and may also help control blood sugar levels in diabetics.
Nutritionist Lovneet Batra recently shared a recipe for Quinoa Apple Kheer on her Instagram account, which is the perfect blend of health and taste.
