The health coach shared a delicious Caramelo Koala overnight Weetbix recipe with only 307 calories.
Bec Hardgrave in Brisbane, Queensland has created a delicious breakfast with plenty of protein in just seven ingredients.
To make a caramelo breakfast treat, Beck first crushed two Weetbix into a bowl and poured 75 mL of unsweetened almond milk over it.

She combined cereal and milk with a spoon and pressed them together to form a base on the bottom of the bowl.
Beck then placed 100 grams of vanilla YoPro yogurt in another bowl of 20 grams of naked harvest chocolate swirl protein powder and mixed them.
Then the chocolate yogurt was placed on top of the Weetbix base and smoothed before adding the toppings.
Bec first made a base with Weetbix and almond milk, then pushed it into the bottom of the bowl and put it on top with a combination of chocolate protein powder and yogurt.
Once smooth, Bec added 10 grams of caramel Natvia topping and 10 grams of chocolate Natvia topping to the yogurt layer.
To finish, she put the caramelo koala on top, put the bowl in the fridge and put it overnight and enjoyed it in the morning.
The fitness coach posted her breakfast recipe on TikTok and Instagram, and many impressed foodies left comments.
After the smooth Beck added 10 grams of caramel natobia topping and 10 grams of chocolate natobia topping to the yogurt layer, then put the caramel koala on top and then put it in the fridge and set it.
“This is the first overnight Weetbix I really wanted to try,” wrote one.
