Health coaches shared a quick, easy and healthy way to make McDonald’s sausages and egg McMuffin with only 352 calories.
Bec Hardgrave in Brisbane, Queensland uses only four affordable ingredients to recreate a classic menu item packed with 25 grams of protein.
To make McMuffin, Beck first took a sausage out of its casing, rolled the meat into balls, and then flattened it by hand to form a patty.

She broke an egg into a stainless steel ring in a hot pan, put patties in it, and cooked it. Meanwhile, she sliced ββone whole-grain English muffin in half.
Beck toasted the muffins in a toaster and placed a slice of smoky cheddar cheese from Coles in the lower half of the toast.
Then I put the perfectly cooked eggs on top, then the sausages, and the top half of the muffins on top and enjoyed.
Health coaches are telling you to make your “fake” diet even healthier. Replacing the egg with two yolks results in only 314 calories.
Beck says this is one of her favorite breakfast recipes and encourages all McDonald’s fans to try a simple recipe.
She posted delicious recreation on social media, and since then hundreds of foodies have shared their thoughts on fake.
